SOURCE CAPITAL, INC. DECLARES QUARTERLY DISTRIBUTION ON COMMON STOCK; QUARTERLY DIVIDEND ON PREFERRED STOCK
-The Board of Directors of Source Capital, Inc. (NYSE:SOR), today declared a regular quarterly distribution of 75 cents a common share, payable September 15, 2011, to shareholders of record as of the close of business August 26, 2011.
Directors also declared a regular quarterly income dividend of 60 cents a preferred share, payable September 15, 2011, to shareholders of record as of the close of business August 26, 2011.
